In order to facilitate our guests, we offer a flexible cancellation policy and a discounted non-refundable option. Please read details below.
Flexible (default policy)
As default policy we offer a full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
Non- Refundable (optional)
Guests can choose a non-refundable option and get a 10% discount off the base price. We keep their entire payout if a guest cancels, minus the cleaning fee if the cancellation occurs before check in. . Please get in touch if you want to apply this policy, so we can calculate the exact discount for you.

We recommend you subscribe a travel insurance. This terms and conditions are automatically accepted once the reservation is completed. We keep the right to change these terms and conditions anytime.
