House rules
Calmare is a space for you to always feel free and safe
A few rules should be followed in order to ensure yours and other guests enjoyment. Please read the instruction below very carefully and get in touch if you have any doubts.
Respect
Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.
Cleanness
Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes!
Damage to Property
In case of any accidental damage, we’ll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.
Silence
We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours (11pm-7am).
Smoke
Please do not smoke in the house, you have plenty of space to that outside and preserve the fresh air fo the house for other guests.
Check-out
Check-out is at 11 am, please get in touch for arranging a different time and we will try to help you.
Pets
Pets of small size are allowed, but please ensure to keep the house clean as you would do if they were your children.
Others
Please ensure you read and fully understand the house rules at the beginning of your stay. If anything is unclear, please contact us so we can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings.
